In news that shouldn’t surprise anyone, Louisville big man and local product Ray Spalding has decided to remain in the 2018 NBA draft. Spalding hired an agent thus ending his collegiate career. Ray broke the news on Instagram:

Spalding had a breakout junior season for Louisville averaging 12.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. He collected numerous double-doubles this season and became a volatile part of the Louisville offense. The former Trinity star has been projected to go in the second round of the draft but could easily move up. We here at TCZ wish Ray the best at the next level. Always a Card.
