The University of Louisville men’s basketball 2025-26 conference schedule is now available following the release of the Atlantic Coast Conference slate on Tuesday afternoon.

Television and tip times have yet to be announced, leading six of Louisville’s league games listed as Tuesday or Wednesday. The full schedule with decided dates and times will be announced in the coming weeks.

In the recent move to 18 conference contests, the Cardinals will play nine games at home in the league schedule, with five of those occurring in the month of January.

UofL is a combined 270-197 all-time against current ACC membership, with a record of .500 or better against 14 of the 17 other programs. 

Louisville will open ACC play with a trip to the Golden State for the first time since west coast programs Cal and Stanford have joined the league. The Cards will face Cal on either Dec. 30 or 31 before playing the Stanford Cardinal on Friday, Jan. 2.

UofL will return to the KFC Yum! Center for the first of two ACC Championship rematches against Duke on Jan. 6 or 7. The contest against the Blue Devils begins a three-game homestand for the Cards as they play Boston College on Saturday, Jan. 10 and Virginia on Jan. 13 or 14.

A quick weekend trip up to Pittsburgh on Saturday, Jan. 17 is followed by a weeklong break for Louisville. The Cards return to action at home on Denny Crum Court on Jan. 24 against Virginia before playing Duke in Cameron Indoor Stadium on Monday, Jan. 26.

Louisville’s January finale will be back at home on Saturday, Jan. 31 against SMU. The Cardinals stay at home to play Notre Dame on Feb. 3 or 4.

Following the game against the Irish, Louisville plays six of its final nine regular season contests on the road, starting at head coach Pat Kelsey’s former employer, Wake Forest, on Saturday, Feb. 7. Kelsey was the Director of Operations for the Demon Deacons from 2001-04, his first collegiate basketball job, followed by a stint as an assistant coach from 2004-09.

Louisville returns home for a single game against NC State on Monday, Feb. 9 before taking a road swing to Texas. The Cards will take a brief break from the league slate to play Baylor in Fort Worth, Texas at Dickies Arena on Saturday, Feb. 14 before returning to ACC action at SMU on Feb. 17 or 18.

The Cards play their final Saturday home game against the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets on Feb. 21 and their final Monday game at North Carolina on Feb. 23.

Louisville will travel to Clemson on Saturday, Feb. 28 before the Cards’ final home game of the year against Syracuse on March 3 or 4 in the KFC Yum! Center. UofL wraps up its regular season on Saturday, March 7 at Miami.

The ACC Tournament returns to the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. March 10-14, 2026. The top 15 teams in the 18-team league will earn a spot in the tournament.
