4-star LB/DE Ja’Darien Boykin 6’2, 235 has made his commitment public to Scott Satterfield and the Louisville Football program early Wednesday morning. Boykin was the first signee of the day for Louisville.
Boykin is the 318th rated recruit nationally according to 247sports.com and is the #18 WDE in the 2019 class. Boykin from Gray, GA and Jones County HS chose Louisville over offers from Miami, Colorado State, Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Pitt, Virginia, and Washington State.
“When the ball gets moved, his quick twitch is going to allow him to create problems for offensive line coaches as well as offensive lineman.”
