As Louisville looks to finish the 2017 recruiting class strong, one position they are actively recruiting is the offensive line. This past weekend, Louisville hosted Gadsden City HS standout Toryque Bateman who discussed his visit.
“It was a great day in it’s entirety” Bateman said via text message. The 3* prospect who has been hearing from schools such as Michigan, Mississippi St., USF, Miami and Missouri along with Louisville came away impressed.
“Honestly this (visit) made my decision that much more difficult in the good way.” Bateman stated “They love me and they showed it all day.”
The 6’8″ 305lbs prospect is being recruited by Louisville as an offensive tackle and said he will make a decision on his birthday, January 28th.
Bateman is rated as the #63 OT nationally by 247Sports.
