5th in a series highlighting potential selection from the University of Louisville in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Calvin Pryor was outstanding as a starting safety for the Louisville Football program. Calvin as a starter was 27-5 with the Cards. Pryor was all over the place for Louisville. He dropped deep into coverage, he played close to the line of scrimmage. He exhibited fantastic coverage ability, knew his position and rarely found himself the victim of a deep ball. But the thing that sets Pryor apart is his ability to legally hit ball carriers, shed blocks, and make tackles in open space.
Pryor is a bulldog on the football field, and has a killer instinct that every NFL team covets in their safeties. Pryor is likely a 1st Round Selection and I think he will have a long and fruitful NFL Career. Watch, enjoy.
