Louisville hosts Indiana State Wednesday night at the KFC Yum! Center. The Sycamores have played just a single game in the 2019-2020 season falling to the Dayton Flyers on the road 86-81. In that game Dayton dominated inside and got to the free throw 30 times. Indiana State did out-rebound Dayton in that game and got to the line 27 times for their part.
There isn’t a lot to go on statistically this early because it’s difficult to know what a ‘tendency’ is after a single game or in Louisville’s case two games. Still Louisville needs to draw more fouls and they absolutely must reverse the rebound rate as the Cards are currently grabbing less than 50% of available rebounds.
