The University of Louisville ended the 2018-19 regular season with a 73-68 loss on the road to the #2 Virginia Cavaliers. The Cards were up by 7 vs. the Cavs but the Hoos came on strong midway through the 2nd half and pulled away for good and eventually with a 73-68 final margin.
UofL will be the #7 seed in the ACC Tournament next week and will play the winner of #10 Georgia Tech vs #15 Notre Dame on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Charlotte, NC Spectrum Center. Should Louisville advance on Wednesday night they will play the winner of the North Carolina/Duke (game that immediately followed the Louisville/Virginia game currently airing on ESPN) on Thursday night at 7:00.
