Arkansas Cornerback Tre Norwood committed to the University of Louisville on Friday morning. Tre is presently unranked by the major scouting services but the 5’11, 167 Corner from Arkansas is the 17th commitment to the Cards in the 2017. He chose the Cards over offers from Memphis, Minnesota, Wake Forest, Air Force, MTSU and Arkansas State.
Chris Person will work to speak with Tre and put together his thoughts on the new Cardinal, but for now his Junior Highlights are below:
