The Kentucky Derby Festival has announced that Louisville’s two departing seniors Trey Lewis & Damion Lee will serve at Honorary Grand Marshall’s of next week’s Pegasus Parade.
Damion & Trey will join “The Voice” winner Jordan Smith as Grand Marshalls, Smith’s announcement was made previously.
Lee & Lewis will follow former UofL QB Teddy Bridgewater who was the Grand Marshall of the KDF’s May 5th parade down Broadway beginning at 5:00 p.m.. Bridgewater was selected as the Grand Marshall following his NFL Rookie of the Year Season.
Damion & Trey were the main symbols of frustration & injustice following Louisville Basketball’s post-season ban announced in February. WAVE 3 will broadcast the parade live.
