UofL had a visitor for the class of 2018 on campus Saturday by the name of Jarren Williams. Williams, the 6’3″ quarterback from Snellville, Georgia took in practice today and gave his thoughts on his visit. “It was great” Williams said, “I really enjoyed myself. Great coaches. What really stood out to me was (how) Coach Petrino develops his quarterbacks for the next level. Also, they made me feel at home over there.”
Who stood out to Williams among current Louisville football players? “#8”. “I think his overall awareness and accuracy has improved.” Williams said.
So where does Louisville stand for the dynamic quarterback? “Right now it’s early in the process and I’m still evaluating. (I) haven’t visited anywhere yet, but I do like Louisville a lot.”
