Louisville Football gained the commitment and signature of LB/DE Zach Edwards on National Signing Day. Zach Edwards a 4-star/3-star according to certain scouting services is from Starkville HS in Starkville, MS and chose the Cards over Texas A&M.
Edwards is 6-3, 235 and can play a variety of linebacker positions and might end up along the defensive front. Either way, the Cards have landed an effective and versatile player that will certainly factor into the defensive rotation early (hard to say exactly when) for the Louisville Defense.
Edwards held offers from Texas A&M, Ole Miss, LSU, and Mississippi State.
“Coach Satterfield has impressed me because he is very family-oriented.”
