Louisville’s Malik Cunningham took part in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. Malik ran the 40-yard dash in a solid 4.53 which was 3rd among all QBs at the combine (Richardson & Duggan ran 4.43 and 4.52 respectively).

Malik’s 1.51 10-yard split during that 40 was 2nd among QBs behind only UCLA’s Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

Cunningham was measured at the combine and checked in at 6’0, 192 lbs with a 31 3/8 arm length and a 9 1/2″ hand size. Malik has been asked to participate in the WR drills, we’ll see if he will.

Malik broke Lamar Jackson’s school rushing record for 120 career TDs. He’s started for Louisville since about 1/3 through the 2019 season and played for Louisville for 5 seasons. He was the MVP of the Music City Bowl in 2019 and in 2021 became just the 2nd player ever to throw for 300 and run for 200 in a single game.
