The University of Louisville Football program signed its 3rd player to the 2016 Signing Class on Saturday when
6’5, 250 lbs Defensive End Kordell Slater pledged to the Cards. Slater, who announced his signing on Twitter, is from Port Charlotte HS in Port Charlotte, FL.
Kordell is a 3-star on 247Sports & Rivals, but is a 2-star on Scout.com. Slater was recruited by L.D. Scott and Todd Grantham and chose UofL over Indiana, Iowa State, and Virginia.
Kordell Slater joins JUCOs Chris Williams & Ronald Walker who signed earlier this month. All 3 players will join the program this January and will participate in Spring Practice.
