Tomorrow Night Players from all over the country will realize their dream and a lot of hard work when their name is called in the 2014 NFL Draft. Calvin Pryor is expected to be called in the 1st Round, Marcus Smith & Preston Brown also figure to find a team in the 1st 100 selections.

But the player perhaps with the most intrigue is Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater played his last game in late December and came off the field following a sparking performance over Miami in Orlando’s Citrus Bowl. At that point Teddy was widely regarded as a Top 5 pick….perhaps THE #1 Pick.

Since that time Teddy elected to not throw at the NFL Combine drawing criticism and then when a Pro Day throwing without gloves didn’t meet expectations speculation has run rampant by “Draftniks” that Bridgewater could fall out of the 1st Round. The criticism has ranged from small hands, small waist, skinny knees……..and a huge amount of ignoring 3 years of game film.

On Wednesday following an NFL Play 60 Event in New York, the Courier-Journal’s Adam Himmelsbach caught up with Teddy Bridgewater and Rose Murphy (Teddy’s Mother).
