Jatavious Harris is a 3-star WR and was the 13th officially recived letter from the University of Louisville this morning.  Harris held offers from Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Florida, Iowa State, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami, Michigan State, Minnesota, Mississippi State, NC State, Oklahoma State, Purdue, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, and West Virginia among others.
