Now that the Kentucky Derby is over, it’s time to get back into the swing of things. The NFL Draft starts with the 1st Round on Thursday, and Calvin Pryor & Teddy Bridgewater should both hear their names called in the opening round.

There has been a lot of talk of Teddy’s Draft “Stock”, but that talk is going to meet a reality on Thursday. Bridgewater was OUTSTANDING in his junior season at Louisville and is certainly going to make a major impact on whatever franchise selects him. Some of the talk has been for clicks, conversation, and maybe some people have an agenda. But when push comes to shove there are SEVERAL Quarterback STARVED franchises in the NFL and if they pass on Teddy Bridgewater then those franchises get what they deserved.

Whenever Teddy is drafted let’s just hope Jaime Foxx who played “Willie Beamon” on Any Given Sunday goes to shake Roger Goddell’s hand, after one NFL Scout compared Teddy to the fictional movie character. But when the NFL starts handing out awards you can be sure that Teddy Bridgewater will be there to collect. Always remember that the NFL Draft loves its prototype & the conversation. But the NFL only cares about production, which Bridgewater will provide for years to come.
