Telly is a 3-star Safety and was the 12th officially recived letter from the University of Louisville this morning. Plummer held offers from Colorado State, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Maryland, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Pitt, Purdue, UCF, USF, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia among others.
