Louisville Defensive Tackle has signed his terms with the Pittsburgh Steelers for a rookie minimum 3-year $1.53 Million Deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Philon came to the Cards from Lexington’s Bryan Station as a 2-star recruit according to Scout.com.

Philon registered 41 tackles, 12 TFLs, and 4 sacks during his senior year.  Roy started at the 3-technique for the Cards and was a part of the #1 Total Defense in the Nation, #1 Rushing Defense in the Nation, and #2 Rushing Defense in the Country.

Roy will earn a $90,000 increase in each year of his deal and will become a Restricted Free Agent for the 2017 season.
