After Louisville’s 24-10 win over Rutgers this Thursday, a week of upsets followed. Three teams in the Top 10 were upset and the Cardinals figured to move up in the polls. That didn’t happen. Here are the brand-spanking new AP Poll and USA Today Coaches Poll as of October 13th, 2013:
