In preparation for tomorrow night’s Music City Bowl in Nashville, I felt compelled to remind everyone about an issue that could lead to some frustration.  There are no bags permitted in Nissan Stadium.  Well, that’s only partially true.  There are likely no bags you own that are allowed in Nissan Stadium.

The policy of the NFL allows for clear plastic bags that are 12″x 6″x 12″ or small “clutch” purses (what the hell is a “clutch”) or a 1 gallon plastic freezer bag.  The policy is outlined here.  So, if you have a wonderful new purse, backpack, fanny pack, diaper bag etc…  You will have to leave it in the car, hotel, home, etc…

Hope this saves at least one husband or boyfriend a walk back to the car tomorrow evening.
