The Cards got some late Offensive Line help for the 2015 season on Monday when Toriano Roundtree from Eastern Arizona College arrived on campus to begin practice on Thursday. Roundtree has been on Louisville’s radar for some time played as a freshman for Eastern Arizona and has 4 years to play 3 coming to UofL as a true sophomore.
The 6’8″ 298 lbs Roundtree is clearly a big offensive tackle for Louisville, but judging by the film he also possesses a great deal of athleticism. It is not yet clear where Toriano fits in for 2015 having missed Spring, Summer Conditioning and the 8 hours coaches get with the players each week during the summer. Last season, Louisville had two JUCO players arrive late and contribute: James Sample and Pio Vatuvei.
Roundtree will fill into the 2015 class and also had interest from the Florida Gators.
