Louisville picked up the 20th commitment of the 2015 Signing Class Monday morning when Darius Smith (goes by Dee) of Florence, AL made his pledge with the Cards. Darius joins Amonte Caban, Paul Harris, Trey Smith, Lamar Jackson, Jaylen Smith, GG Robinson, Traveon Samuel, Khane Pass, Matt Colburn, Tim Bonner, Troy Thingstad, TJ Jallow, James Allen, Matt Colburn, Aaron Cochran, Chandler Jones, Kareem Orr, Dahu Green and Jonathan Greenard in the 2015 Signing Class. Alabama has been a fertile recruiting ground LD Scott (Smith’s primary recruiter) for the Cards for the 2015 class.
Dee chose the Cards over offers from Auburn, Kentucky, Miami, Mississippi State, Missouri, NC State, Tennessee, and Washington State and is a 3-star prospect by all 3 scouting services.
