The University of Louisville & Garfield Heights Signee Frankie Hughes have decided to mutually part ways. Jody Demling of Cardinal Authority first broke the news.
The Cleveland native Hughes is said to be seeking more playing time as a true freshman and Louisville released Frankie from his letter of intent to pursue other schools. Louisville added Penn graduate transfer Tony Hicks after Hughes signed his letter of intent in November.
Louisville now has one scholarship available for the 2016-17 season and may be seeking other graduate transfers.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
