A one time UofL commit, Atlanta, GA defensive end Cecil Stallings announced his commitment to Western Kentucky Monday evening via Twitter. Stallings, who had originally flipped his commitment from South Carolina to Louisville on national signing day, was reportedly being asked by the Louisville staff to “blue shirt” (basically a preferred walk-on). The 6’5″ 253lb 3* defensive end reportedly had offers from schools such as South Carolina, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Miami, NC State, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Wake Forest and Wisconsin.
Proud to say I committed to the University of Western Kentucky. I couldn’t do it without the man up top. @CoachCBarclay
