The University of Louisville football team will have one Friday night game during the 2024 campaign when it takes on Boston College on Friday, Oct. 25, in Chestnut Hill, Mass., the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Tuesday.
The Cardinals and Eagles are meeting for the 17th time in school history after the Cardinals won 56-28 at L&N Stadium last season. The Cards scored 42 first-half points as the UofL equaled their highest scoring output in a game during the 2023 season. Louisville also notched 56 points versus Murray State during the 2023 home opener.
It was announced Monday that the Cards will open the 2024 slate on Aug. 31 versus Austin Peay at L&N Stadium.
The entire schedule will be released at 5 p.m. Wednesday on the ACC Network.
