University of Louisville men’s basketball fans can participate in two “color” events this season.
A “White Out” is scheduled for the Jan. 31 game against No. 15 North Carolina in the KFC Yum! Center. The game time, either 4 or 7 p.m., will be set on Saturday. The annual “Wear Red for the Seniors” game is set for March 7 when the Cardinals face No. 2 Virginia in the final home game of the season.
Cardinal fans are encouraged to wear white and red attire on those respective days. The Cardinal Authentic store, with locations near Gate 2 at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium and at the front of the KFC Yum! Center, will have a special shirt for sale beginning Thursday, Jan. 22. This will be the ninth straight year that UofL has had special color attire promotions.
