5’8, 155 lbs 3-Star Athlete Tutu Atwell from Miami, FL (Northwestern HS aka Teddy’s HS) has officially signed with the Louisville Cardinals. Atwell is a 3-star athlete and was the 17th officially recived letter from the University of Louisville today. Tutu held offers from Florida Atlantic, ECU, Illinois, Toledo and USF among others.
