Louisville Outside Linebacker Devonte Fields announced on Thursday morning that he is returning to Louisville for the 2016 season instead of entering the NFL Draft this May. Fields had a slow start to his junior year, his 1st as a Cardinal, but finished ON FIRE totaling 63 tackles, 10.5 sacks, 22 Tackles For Loss and 2 Forced Fumbles.
Fields was named Honorable Mention ALL-ACC in the Coaches vote and was Louisville’s 4th leading tackler in 2015.
