On Thursday afternoon Shaq Wiggins confirmed what had long been suspected, he will be transferring from Georgia to the University of Louisville. Also along on a visit to campus was Jaquay Williams from Texas A&M who will also be a Card.
Wiggins started 8 games as a Freshman Cornerback at Georgia this past Fall in Todd Grantham’s defense. Williams hauled in 4 balls for 71 yards and a TD at Texas A&M and appeared in 10 games. Both players will sit out 2014 and will have 3 years of eligibility at UofL.
