University of Louisville quarterback Miller Moss has been named to the Davey O’Brien Award’s weekly Great 8 list in recognition of his performance in the Cardinals’ win over Pittsburgh last Saturday.

Moss led the Cardinals to its first Atlantic Coast Conference by completing 33-of-51 passes for 339 yards and three touchdowns in the 34-27 win over the Panthers. Moss helped the Cards battle back from two double-digit deficits to keep the Cards undefeated.

The native of Los Angeles, Calif., connected on a 12-yard pass to Jaleel Skinner to tie the score at 27-27 and put the Cards ahead to stay with a nine-yard pass to Nate Kurisky to make the score 34-27.
