4-Star Center Malik Williams pledged his commitment to Louisville Basketball on Thursday afternoon. Rick Pitino put on the full court press for the 6’11, 200 PF from Fort Wayne, IN’s R Nelson Snider HS.
Williams recently visited Louisville and chose the Cards over offers from Illinois, Indiana, Cincinnati, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan State, NC State, Purdue, UCLA, USC, Michigan and MANY MANY OTHERS. This is a HUGE get for Rick Pitino and the Louisville Cardinals.
Malik Williams’ primary recruiter was Kenny Johnson. Our Chris Person will be back with a FULL report on the commitment, but for now here are the highlights.
Williams announced his commitment on Twitter.
