Deng Adel became Rick Pitino’s 1st commitment Monday evening of the 2015 recruiting class. First reported by Evan Daniels, Adel stand 6-7, 185 lbs from Victory Rock Prep in Bradenton, FL.
Deng is a 5-star prospect according to Scout.com & 247sports.com, and is currently listed as a 4-star prospect on the Rivals.com network. Adel held offers from UCONN, Florida, Georgia Tech, LSU, Auburn, Virginia Tech, and USC.
