It’s the last road game in the month of January for the Cards and a homecoming game for Jazmine Jones who had a career high performance at Wake Forest with 8 assists on Sunday afternoon.

The Cards have impressively held their last three opponents under 50 points in scoring. After holding Georgia Tech to 44 points, Virginia to 43 points, and Wake Forest to 49 points, UofL’s scoring defense has improved from 64.3 to 61.2 points per game and moved from 182 to 93 nationally.

FSU’s (16-2, 4-1 ACC) one conference loss was a 57-45 loss to Clemson at home. Three of their four ACC wins have come by less than four points with a four-point win vs. Duke (W, 66-62), a two-point win at Virginia (W, 63-61) and a one-point win at North Carolina (W, 64-63).

UofL is 13-16 all-time against Florida State and 4-7 in Tallahassee. Louisville has lost two straight to the Seminoles and four of the last five, all since joining the ACC. Last season, Florida State handed the Cardinals their first and only loss of the season at the KFC Yum! Center, 50-49 on Jan. 21, 2018.  Louisville’s last win at Florida State was an 85-76 victory on Nov. 25, 2011.
