Head coach Chris Mack stated on air that he does not believe VJ King will be on the team next season.
Mack was a guest on the Drew Deener morning show (93.9 The VILLE/ ESPN680) and stated that he does not expect King to return to the Louisville basketball program for the 2019-2020 season. You can listen to the full interview below.
VJ recently announced that he will enter his name in the 2019 NBA Draft. The Louisville small forward averaged 3.9 points per game to go along with 3.0 rebounds.
King, an Ohio native is set to graduate in a few weeks and could play his final season of college basketball as a grad transfer elsewhere if he decides to take his name out of the draft. We here that TCZ wish him the best. Always a Card!!
