Today, the #7 Louisville Cardinals (43-15) learned their postseason draw after it was announced last night that they will be hosting the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. As the #1 seed in the Louisville Regional, they will be greeting the Indiana Hoosiers (36-21), Illinois State Redbirds (34-24) and the Illinois-Chicago Flames (29-21) as the 2, 3 and 4 seeds respectively.
Louisville head coach Dan McDonnell, junior DH/OF Danny Oriente and sophomore 2B/OF Lucas Dunn were available to the media afterwards for questions, where they discussed their postseason draw as well as their outing at the ACC Baseball Championship and performance going forward.
