The Louisville Cardinals storm back from a 21-0 deficit to win 38-24 over the Kentucky Wildcats. Louisville put up 5 consecutive touchdowns to win their 5th straight Governor’s Cup. The first team to achieve this since the Governor’s Cup began in 1994.
