Louisville Forward Montrezl Harrell was selected with the #32 pick of the 2015 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets.

Trez broke the career and single season dunk record while at Louisville, won the Karl Malone Award for Power Forward of the Year in 2014-15, and was on the 2013 National Championship Team. Harrell will forever be remembered for his heroics in the 2013 Big East Championship Game and his iconic dunk in the 2013 Title Game vs. Michigan.

Montrezl leaves Louisville as the #31 scorer in school history with 1294 points, the #1 Dunker in school history, and played the 11th most minutes in a single season in school history during 2014-15.   Trez finished 36 rebounds short of the Top 16 rebounders in school history, and 17 blocks shy of the Top 10 Career Shot Blockers in school history.  Montrezl left Louisville after his junior year to pursue the NBA.

We wish Trez so much luck in the future.  Thank you for everything.

Rockets fans make sure to put Ls on everything he does that excites you.
