We all know that the product on the field was a little boring Friday night, to say the least, but how did Louisville do behind the scenes and on paper? Well, probably a whole lot better than most people would predict. While neither unit had their best statistical game to date, both units played within the range that they have played all year. Obviously, Duke plays a very different style of football which is tough to play against which made the game appear very ugly at times. I imagine we will see better results both on the field and on paper against a formidable N.C State team.
