Louisville Safety has signed his contract with the Washington Redskins. Harvey-Clemons’s deal with the Redskins is 4-years, $2,484,306, of which $84,306 is a signing bonus. JHC’s entire signing bonus is guaranteed. Josh will earn an average salary of $621,077 throughout his contract and will earn $486,076 as a rookie with the Redskins with $90,000 raises each year of the contract. Harvey-Clemons will be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.
Josh will have to earn a spot on the active roster in order to earn this contract, like every NFL player. Harvey-Clemons was Drafted in the 7th round with pick #230 in the 2017 Draft. Josh had 61 tackles, 4.0 TFLs and 2 sacks in 2016. Harvey-Clemons was injured during the Boston College game and missed the final 3 games of 2016. Josh was 2nd Team All-ACC in 2016. Harvey-Clemons is a native of Valdosta, GA and transferred to the Cards from Georgia following his sophomore season.
