University of Louisville coaches, student-athletes, spirit groups and athletic staff members will interact with UofL fans at the Cardinals Summer Festival on Friday, July 29 at 7 p.m. at the University of Louisville Golf Club.

The free event will include a $10,000 hole-in-one contest, playground inflatables for children, photo opportunities, additional games and a fireworks show to close out the night. Food and beverages, including snow cones and cotton candy, will be available for purchase at the site, including an extensive grilling station. There is no program of speakers, as UofL representatives will stationed around the course and the fun activities to visit directly with fans. Season tickets for multiple sports programs may also be purchased at the event.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with our loyal Cardinal supporters in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere,” said Tom Jurich, UofL Vice-President and Director of Athletics. “There will be plenty of activities to engage fans at this event, which will be staged at the exceptional UofL Golf Club. We’re looking forward to a highly competitive upcoming athletic year and this is an enjoyable way to kick it all off.”
