Q & A:

What position were you recruited to play?

I’m recruited to play FS/CB. I’m versatile enough to line up at WR.

What do you see as your best attribute as a football player?

My physicality & energy I bring to the field.

Who recruited you and why did you choose UofL?

Coach Nochta & Petrino. They made me feel at home & they were the first to give me an opportunity to play D1 ball coming out of high school.

What should we know about who you are off the football field (family, achievements, talents, hobbies, etc.)?

My dad was an Olympian, he ran the 400m dash in ‘96 (Athens, Georgia). I’m a state champion sprinter (2015) & 4x junior Olympic sprinter & I also play basketball … In free time I like to work out and watch Calvin Pryor highlights . My family is from West Africa & I lived there for 2 years with my grandmother while my father trained for the Olympics.

What do you plan on majoring in and what are your long term career goals?

Criminal justice, I want to be a lawyer and take care of my family. Football wise I just want to put everything I have on the field and be able to say I gave my all. One day hopefully reach my goal of going pro inshallah (Arabic for “If Allah wills it”).
